When booking a client into a class the session dates don't reflect the Subject Unit Dates 



1. Go to Main Menu, select Activities then Current


2. In the Search field enter the Activity Name

3. When the Activity tile appears select Edit


4. Go to the Sessions tab and click on the Select/Deselect All and select Adjust dates/times so the session dates can be moved to the same time period as the Subject Unit Start and End Dates 



Alternatively 


5. Select Remove Sessions button 


6. Then go to + Add Sessions and enter the new session dates for this course. 


7. Once session dates are correct then book clients into the Activity.
