Promoting events / activities to a select group of participants Print

1. Go to Main Menu select Activities then Current

2. Enter the activity name in the Search field then select Edit

3. In the Details tab in the Publishing pane select Edit

4. Select Private publishing status

5. If you want to send the activity URL to participants, go back to the Activities > Current

6. Search for the Activity and select Actions then select View Promotion

7. Copy the URL and paste it into your email / document so you publicise this activity online
