Social Planet provides a report showing you how many participants purchased a concessional ticket or had a concessional status. Important for ACFE courses as concessional students attract a subsidy.
1. Go to Main Menu select Activity then Reports then click on the Attendee Concession Report
2. Select the time period by using the Date Filter then select Apply Filter
3. The report shows you the clients, marked Y that have a concessional status based on the ticket they purchased or concessional status ie Health Care Card
4. Use the CSV button to download the report
