Use this report for when the answering the NHVic Survey - approximately how many unique individuals participated in the following types of activity ie support group run by or for your Neighbourhood House?
First we need to add a reporting label to an activity / event.
1. Go to Main Menu select Activities then click on Current
2. Enter the activity name in the Search field
3. On the Activity tile select Edit in the Details tab
4. On the Features and Other Labels pane select Edit
5. Select an Activity Type ie Exercise / health class
6. Complete this step for all your activities / events so they can be included in the reporting period
7. For each activity go to the Attendance tab and mark off the participants who attended
8. Go to Main Menu select Activities then Reports click on Attendance Count by Reporting Labels
9. Select the Time Period and the Reporting Labels then click Apply Filter
10. Review the results pane for your attendance. To download the data select the CSV button
