To view all the invoices issued to clients, their payment status, amount, due date and whether they’ve been paid.

 

  1. Go to Main Menu select Reports then Payment and Invoice
  2. Use the Date Filter to display a specific time period
  3. In the Current Invoices Table the data will be displayed with:
    1.  ID
    2. Recipient Name,
    3. Client,
    4. Invoice No #
    5. Issue Date,
    6. Due Date,
    7. Amount,
    8. Paid Status,
    9. Paid (Y/N),   
    10. Paid Date,
    11. Due (amount outstanding)

 

  1. Select the Xero button to download as a CSV file formatted according to Xero Invoice template file.
