Get a detailed view of participants attending your classes and events, the date they booked in, the sessions they’ve attended, and their payment status.

 

  1. Go to Main Menu select Reports then Activity and Detail  
  2. Use the Filter to display a specific term period ie. Year or Term and select Apply Filter
  3. The Activity Tile will display:
    1. Activity Name, Year / Term Period
    2. Activity Type  – ACFE Class, or Event
    3. Participant No (Green Bar)
    4. Spaces Available (Orange Bar)
    5. Requests button
    6. Attendance button
  4. The Activity Table
    1. Date –  when the person booked in
    2. Client name
    3. Status – Approved, Onhold, Waiting List or Rejected
    4. Attendance / Allocated  -  if they’ve be attending the activity and allocated to the sessions
    5. Payment Status – Paid and Unpaid
    6. Invoice (Issued or Draft) 
    7. Paid – total amount received
    8. Unpaid- total amount outstanding
