Get a detailed view of participants attending your classes and events, the date they booked in, the sessions they’ve attended, and their payment status.
- Go to Main Menu select Reports then Activity and Detail
- Use the Filter to display a specific term period ie. Year or Term and select Apply Filter
- The Activity Tile will display:
- Activity Name, Year / Term Period
- Activity Type – ACFE Class, or Event
- Participant No (Green Bar)
- Spaces Available (Orange Bar)
- Requests button
- Attendance button
- The Activity Table
- Date – when the person booked in
- Client name
- Status – Approved, Onhold, Waiting List or Rejected
- Attendance / Allocated - if they’ve be attending the activity and allocated to the sessions
- Payment Status – Paid and Unpaid
- Invoice (Issued or Draft)
- Paid – total amount received
- Unpaid- total amount outstanding
