Track how you are progressing with your Centre’s Events, Classes and Activities. View how many participants are attending each activity, view the attendee’s status, and how many people have paid.

 

  1. Go to Main Menu select Reports then Activity and Overview  
  2. Use the Filter to display a specific term period ie. Year or Term and  select Apply Filter
  3. The Activity table shows  
  1. Period ie Term 3 2021
  2. Type ie ACFE, Class or Event
  3. Activity Name ie Drawing and Water Colour, click to be taken to the Activity Summary
  4. Capacity ie. No of people who can attend
  5. Availability ie No of places remaining
    1. Green Bar shows current attendees
    2. Orange Bar shows spaces available
    3. Red Bar shows no bookings as yet
  6. Status of each participant, Tick icon - Approved, Profile icon -In Progress, Hand icon – Onhold, List icon – Wait List, and X icon – deleted.

 

   g. Invoiced ie No of Invoices issued

   h. Payment Status 

  1. Green Bar shows the no of attendees who’ve paid and the total amount
  2. Orange Bar shows the no of attendees who haven’t paid and the total amount.
  3. Total value, amount of revenue to receive

  i. Requests and Attendance buttons if you need to make activity changes
