1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Activities header, click Current and then Edit on the activity of your choice.

  2. In the Details tab, Features and Other Labels, assign a reporting label eg Course or Class

  3. Go to the Attendance Sheet tab

  4. Set From and Until dates to show all sessions within this timeframe for your attendance list. OR find a specific student by searching the Student dropdown list.



  1. Click Update.

  2. There are several buttons you can use to copy this list.

    • Print - To print this document.

    • PDF - To download as a PDF.

    • CSV - To download as a CSV.




6. To mark attendance, click the circle next to the participant’s name. Use the symbol guide below to mark this student’s attendance status.


7. Use the Sign-off, this will open the Sign-off window, where you can mark the roll for individuals or for all participants. 




8. Select on Rollover - Y / N to alert admin staff that the person is attending for the next term.
