You may encounter an Issues Detected warning where the Student ID or Student Outcome needs resolving.  But you know that it’s already been entered previously.

 

 

 

 

  1. To resolve this problem is easy. For the Student ID go to the Client Profile > Details Tab
  2. Select Edit on the Student Info pane then press Save the system will then refresh the database tables.
  3. Go back and refresh the NAT file and this will resolve the issue.
