If you need to upload documents such as a health care card, learner plan or work experience examples go to the client profile.

 

  1. Go to Main Menu then Client List then enter the student’s name in the Search field
  2. On the client tile select Edit and go to the File tab and click on + Add Document
  3. Enter the Name,  Description, select Document and upload a file ie. Word, PDF or JPEG, Labels select the most appropriate tag ie Health Care Card. Work evidence for the document
  4. Add an Expiry Date if its required for the document
  5. Press Add

 

Once a document has been added you can edit it at a later time.
