Admin staff / trainers can track and identify any outstanding VET documents needed for each student. 

 

Review when students have received and completed the VET pre-enrolment form. 

 

  1. Go to Main Menu select Activities click on Current enter the Class name in the Search Field 
  2. Select Edit go to the Enrolment tab review each student
    1. Student ID, red flag will appear if an ID hasn’t been assigned click on the profile icon and go to Student Info

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Mark off documents received. To upload, go to Client Profile and the File tab
  2. View the date when the Pre-enrolment form was sent and when it was completed.
  3. VET Report Data
    1. green light all VET mandatory and Subject Unit data completed
    2. amber light, out standing VET data needing to be completed
    3. red light, no VET data has been received for student.
  4. Outcome Recorded
    1. PA – Pass
    2. ON – Ongoing
    3. FA – Fail / Withdrawn
