Admin staff / trainers can track and identify any outstanding VET documents needed for each student.
Review when students have received and completed the VET pre-enrolment form.
- Go to Main Menu select Activities click on Current enter the Class name in the Search Field
- Select Edit go to the Enrolment tab review each student
- Student ID, red flag will appear if an ID hasn’t been assigned click on the profile icon and go to Student Info
- Mark off documents received. To upload, go to Client Profile and the File tab
- View the date when the Pre-enrolment form was sent and when it was completed.
- VET Report Data
- green light all VET mandatory and Subject Unit data completed
- amber light, out standing VET data needing to be completed
- red light, no VET data has been received for student.
- Outcome Recorded
- PA – Pass
- ON – Ongoing
- FA – Fail / Withdrawn
