Organising a special community event such as a garage sale or cake stall and needing participants to give you more detailed information then use Expression of Interest option and follow these steps.

 

1. Create your Activity for instructions  go to page 5 - Creating a Social Planet Class or Activity  

2. Set the booking option – Expression of Interest

3. Once the Activity is created go to the Settings tab in the Activity Summary Detail page

4. Set up your Sessions Package and add your Tickets ie Free

5. On the Booking Setting pane, select Edit button

6. Enter info in the Additional Info Description field and detail what your requiring from participants. This info. will be displayed in the booking process.

7. In the Additional Info Template field list the information needed such as Start Time, End Time, and Items for Sale then press Save

 

 

8. When participants book into this activity, under Additional Info they can see the need for more information before completing their booking

9. Once participant bookings have been made this info will appear on the Client Tile within the Request Tab in the Activity Summary

10. To download as an excel spreadsheet, select the Actions button and Export as CSV
