Great news! Your event is super popular and you’ve upgraded to a bigger room to allow more people to attend. Now, to update your activity’s capacity in Social Planet.
From the Frontdesk, head to the Activities header, click Current and then Edit on the activity of your choice.
In the Details tab, click Edit the Basic Info panel.
Scroll down to the Capacity field, enter the number of participants who can attend.
Set capacity for “All existing sessions” or “Only for newly created sessions”.
Press Save, and your new attendees are good to go!
