To allow for group bookings under an Expression of Interest booking.

  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Activities header, click Current and then Edit on the activity of your choice.

  2. On the Summary tab, click Edit, on the Booking Settings panel and tick Allow booking to specify a number of additional guests.



Here’s how participants make group bookings through the landing page – 

  1. On the activity page, participants select the Register Interest button, displaying the Register Interest page. 

  2. On this page, the participant enters relevant info such as

  • First and Last Name

  • At least one contact method, either email, mobile or home phone number.

  • Suburb and Postcode

  • Additional Info, such as dietary requirements or questions. 

  • How they heard about the activity.

  1. The participant ticks I am registering as a couple, or group of people and fills out the How many people will be in your group? field.

    • The participant who lists their information will be the primary contact for this group.


Finally, here’s how to process these booking requests –

  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Requests header, click Current.

  2. On this page is a list of Booking Request tiles. 

  3. A group booking includes a Group Size header. The Session Allocation is (number of participants x number of sessions). In this example, three participants are completing nine sessions, so the session allocation is 27.
