You will attract more participants to your activities by adding trainer biographies to your online activity promotion pages.


  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Staff Header, and click Trainer List.

  2. Search for your chosen trainer.

  3. Click Edit on the trainer’s panel, this will take you to their Profile tab.

  4. Click Edit on the Personal Bio.

  5. In the Short Bio field, enter information a potential student would find compelling, like the trainer’s language skills and abilities. For extra information, use the Long Bio.

  6. Press Save.


Now, to assign the trainer to the activity.


  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Activities header, click Current and then Edit on the activity of your choice.

  2. Go to the Team tab in the activity summary section and select Add a Team Member button to display the Add Team Member window.

  3. Select the staff member, write their role and tick show on the activity promotion page.

  4. LEAVE THE DESCRIPTION BLANK, the trainer’s bio will be added in automatically.
