Publishing your activity makes it available on Social Planet for online bookings.


  1. From the Frontdesk, select Current under the Activities tab, and click Edit on the activity of your choice. This will take you to the activity summary tabs. 

  2. Select Edit on the Publishing panel to update publishing information.

 


  1. Select Publish Status

    • Draft – Still making changes to the activity. Private and unavailable for booking.

    • Public – This activity is public and available for online booking, 

    • Private – Private, but available for booking. Send the activity URL to specific clients to complete bookings. 

    • Archived – This activity is no longer displayed, and is moved from the Current to Archived activity list. No information or client data is deleted, and the activity can be republished for future bookings. Make sure to archive your activities regularly, or participants might inadvertently book an inactive activity!

  2. Enter Public Start and Public End dates and times to ensure activities are not available to book after they have occurred.

  3. Assign the activity to an Activity Year and Activity Period. Activities can be filtered by period in the Current tab.


Click Save, and voila! Your activity is published.
