The best way to manage a pro-rata booking is through a back end booking process. It involves a staff member setting up a new ticket package and ticket to cover the cost of the remaining sessions.

 

  1. First create the Activity follow these instructions
  2. In the Settings tab + add a package 

 

 

  1. Enter the Name, Number of sessions in package (remaining sessions available), Description, keep selected Is Enabled Only enabled packages can be selected during the booking process.
  2. Keep unticked Package is visible to the public so its not available for front end bookings then select Add
  3. Select the + Add Ticket to add a priced ticket.

 

Complete a back end booking for the client

 

  1. Go to Main Menu select Client then Current use the Search field to find the client
  2. Select Actions then Create Activity Booking in the Booking Request Form select the pro-rata ticket and complete the booking process.
