Through the booking section, you can request relevant information from the customer, such as dietary requirements and language levels. 


  1. To find the booking section from the Frontdesk, select Current under the Activities tab, and click Edit on the activity of your choice. This will take you to the activity summary tabs. 

  2. Click the Settings tab and select the Edit button on the Booking Settings pane.

  3. Put the requested information in the Additional Info Description

  4. In the Additional Info Description ie Do you have any dietary requirements?

  5. Then in the Additional Info Template enter in the questions you want them to answer. ie If so, please specify your dietary requirements.

  6. Tick Additional Info is required, this will make this additional field mandatory to fill out when booking online. 


  1. Download this extra client information, from the Attendees tab of the activity summary tab.

  2. Select Actions, then Download contact CSV.
