1. Go to Main Menu, select Clients then click on Client List
2. Enter the Client Name in Search and select the Actions Button, click on Create Booking
3. Enter the course name in the Search
4. Check availability using the Capacity Indicators
5. Select Continue Booking
6. In the Client Details pane view name and contacts. If you need to review their information, select the profile button.
7. In the Activity Details pane select on View to go to Activity Summary. Review the class detals - course name, first session date and location and the year. Review the Capacity and Availability and Booking Status. Click on Enrolments ˅ to view the unit ie.SWS24 – Skills for Work and Study attached to the booking
8. Select the Sessions ˅ to view the number of sessions allocated to this activity.
9. Select the Recent Bookings ˅ to view all the previous bookings made to this activity.
10 In the Booking Request Form pane choose the ticket and the payment method
10. In Booking Status select Approved and Allocate to remaining sessions
11. Review the booking and select Manage Requests
12. An enrolment will be generated for the client and displayed in the client tile under the Requests tab. Click on the subject unit to be taken to their Enrolment form
