Social Planet provides a web-based AVETMISS Validation Software for Learn Local Providers to submit AVETMISS data to the Victorian state training authority (STA). 

AVETMISS report checks that data files have been successfully validated and are error free prior to SVTS uploading. 

 

  1. Go to Main Menu, select Reports, click on Education, then AVETMISS Report
  2. The AVETMISS Report will show all the 10 NAT file records that will be uploaded into SVTS.
  3. If a record has incomplete information or errors a number will appear next to the record.
  4. Clicking on the number will allow you to update any invalid fields. 

 

 

6. For NAT0080 – Clients - if the message display Client (Student) ID cannot be blank. To update the Client ID go to the Client in the Profile Tab, scroll down to Student Info and select Assign Student ID button

7. Once there are no more errors, a green tick will appear against each record, download the files and attempt an upload.

8. Remember to frequently refresh the NAT file to ensure all records have been updated. Use the Refresh Icon 

9. If SVTS detects any errors, you can download a copy of the error as a report. Correct any errors the SVTS identifies.

 

^ Records are revalidated frequently. It is a good habit to visit this report weekly and attempt to resolve any errors as early as possible.
