If you are a Learn Local or ACFE provider you need to first organise your account, necessary for AVETMISS Reporting.
- Go to Main Menu, select Education click on Settings
- Select the Org Info edit pencil icon
- Update Org Info window will be displayed.
- Change your VET Organisation ID
- Update your Organisation Name
- Select from the drop-down list the Organisation Type
- Change the Contact Name ie the Staff member responsible for VET matters include their phone, email and fax number (optional)
- Press Update
Create a Delivery Location
Delivery locations are the places where the ACFE training is held
Go to the Delivery Location window, select the +
Enter the Location Name
Enter the Location ID, a delivery location identifier required for AVETMISS reports
Add a Unit No (optional)
Enter a Street Address (Google Maps will generate a Map Location)
6. Select Add
Receive student enrolments
Go to Main Menu, select Account click on Education
In the Notifications pane select + Add enter the person’s email to receive a copy of a student’s enrolment
Create a Class Location Address that is linked to the VET Location ID.
Go to Main Menu, select Activities, then select Locations, click on + Site
Add Site information, ie Example Neighbourhood House,
Enter the Name, Reference Code, Description, Unit or Apartment no. (only if required)
Street Number and Address then select Add
Then on the Location Tile select Actions click Add Space
The Add Space window, add Name ie Computer Room, Reference Code, Description
6. Tick - Same as site address, then tick Link to VET location and select the VET Location from dropdown then press Add
VET Settings, change Student ID and enable Learning Framework
In the Settings pane select Edit
Enter a Student No Prefix
Enter a Student No Counter
Select the A-Frame for the Pre-Accredited Quality Framework to be enabled
If you are importing student enrolments into Social Planet, remember to select a Prefix and Counter that ensures future students will have unique IDs.
