Attract more students or participants to your classes and events by adding client testimonials and trainer biographies to your online activity promotion pages.
- Go to Main Menu, select Staff, then click on Trainer List, enter the trainer’s name in the Search Field
- Above the Trainer’s Profile tile select the Edit button
- On the Profile Tab, select Edit on the Personal Bio
- In the Short Bio field enter information about the trainer’s skills, abilities, languages they speak, any information that a potential student would find compelling . For extra information use the Long Bio
- Upload the trainer’s image
- Press Save
Assign the trainer to the class or activity they will be facilitating
- Go to Main Menu, select Activities, then enter the Activity Name in the Search Bar select the Edit button above the Activity Tile
- Go to the Team tab in the Activity Summary section, select the Add a Team Member button.
- The Add Team Member window will be displayed, select the staff member,
- DON’T enter any info in the Description if its left blank the info. will be copied from the staff member’s bio – as a default)
- Enter their role, select the radio box, show on Activity Promotion page
Add participant testimonials to your activity. For integrity you need to select the client who provided the testimonial. Remember you can add up to 3 Client Testimonials to your Activity Pages
- Go to the Details tab and scroll down to the Testimonials pane, select Add Testimonial button
- The Add Testimonial window will appear, type in the date/time (if necessary), Title and Description, select Is Published, select from the client drop down list under the Owner of the Testimonial to select the client, under Activity, the current activity you’re in will appear as the default.
- Select Add
