Use this table to consider the best booking options for your classes/events.
For FREE events, select either
“Submit expression of interest” if it is a free activity with no tickets issued. Video time 0 - 6:46
“Free with required booking” allows clients to reserve a place in an activity without payment. Video time 6:47 - 10:26
For PAID events, select either
“Simple Booking” for exclusively credit card payments, which will be automatically charged, allows for either basic or ACFE enrolment. Video time 15:31 - 20:07
“Booking after confirmation”. This option allows for staff to manually complete the booking for the client. Payment methods include credit card and other payments, staff may change the card after booking approval. the credit card after booking approval if another card is provided. Video time 10:27 - 15:30
