1. Go to the Main Menu and select Client List,  enter the client’s name in the Search Field
  2. Select the Edit button above the Client Profile Tile
  3. In the Profile tab, go to the Add Note + button
  4. The Add Note window will be displayed
    • General Note, document info. that’s specific to an activity eg. tasks for staff.
    • Journal Note, document info. about a participant engaging in your activity.
  5. Date/Time, defaults to the time that the note was written, you can change the time. 
  6. Add a Title/heading
  7. Add a Description (mandatory field) 
  8. Select Is a priority note that stays at the top of note list.
  9. Select Is confidential and not visible to normal users.
  10. Add Track time spent, if you want to add the amount you’ve spent with the person
  11. Linked to Person set as Chris Martin as we’ve created the note through his Client Profile 
  12.  Linked to Activity select from the drop-down list of activities. Eg. Chose an Activity that Chris Martin would be attending. 
  13. Add Labels to better categorise the note to make it easier to search for the note at a later date.

    Once a Note has been added. This note will appear on the Attendee Tab in the Activity Summary for staff to view as a default

     

    If the Note is marked as a priority note it will display in the Client Tile within the Client List.

     

    When a client is rolled over from one activity to another this action will appear as a note.
