If the participant is attending a funded Vocational Educational Training Course, add their Student Info.
- Go to the Main Menu and select Client List, enter the client’s name in the Search Field
- Select the Edit button above the Client Profile Tile
- In the Profile Tab, scroll down to the Student Info pane and select Edit
- Select Assign Student ID to apply a code that uniquely identifies them as a student within your training organisation
- Press Edit on the Student Info pane for the Update Student Info window to be displayed.
- VSN (Victorian Student Number) is a unique student ID for all Victorian students in school or vocational training from Preparatory school to age 24.
- VET USI a unique reference identification assigned to students that have previously undertaken a nationally recognized course
- At School, select if the person is still attending secondary school.
- School Level, what secondary level of school did the person complete
- School Completion Date, add the date/month/year when the person completed Secondary School.
- Select from the drop down to choose a Current or last attended Tertiary Institution if not available select Or add a new Tertiary Institution
- Australian Qualification, add qualifications the person has achieved in Australia. You can add more than one qualification
- Australian Equivalent, If a student indicates that their prior education was achieved overseas and have gone through the process of having the qualification assessed, report it as Australian equivalent
- International Qualification, If the student has an International qualification but has not had it assessed, then add International
- Labour Force Status to include the students declared employment status.
- Industry, add the industry the student is employed in
- Occupation, select the job type that the person is currently employed in
- Survey Status, select a reason why the person needs to excluded from the Survey.
- Press Save to update changes.
