- Go to the Main Menu and select Client List, enter the client’s name in the Search Field and then select the Edit button on the Client Profile Tile.
- Select the Primary Contact section and select Edit to change:
- Primary Email Address
- Add Alternate Email
- Mobile No
- Phone No
- Work Phone No
- Contact Note eg. Best times to call the person
- Unit or Apartment no. (only if required)
- Street Number and Address (synced with Google Maps)
- Select - Or specify address without using Google Maps
- Select - Postal address is same as primary address
- Select from dropdown Local Government Area (for reporting purposes)
- Press Save
