A complete client bio, including their Preferred Name, Short Bio, and especially their Interests, empowers your team. This information provides instant context for personalized interactions, helps you efficiently match clients with the right programs, and strengthens your community initiatives, leading to higher engagement and better outcomes.


Once you've added Interests you can search and create groups. 



1. Go to the Main Menu and select Client List,  enter the client’s name in the Search Field and then select Edit 


2. In the Profile tab in the Bio pane select Edit



2. In the Edit Profile you can change 

  • Title
  • First Name 
  • Middle Name
  • Preferred Name
  • Short Bio 
  • Upload a profile image 
  • Interests 

3. Then select Save
